This website
This site (ghostwolftools.com) is an information site. It has no sign-in, no forms, no advertising and no tracking, and it doesn't collect personal information.
The Ghostwolf Tools apps
The apps are licensed to organizations. Each organization's information is kept in that organization's own database and is used only to run its apps. We don't sell it, rent it or share it with other organizations.
The private email connector (mail-hub)
mail-hub is a private tool used only by its owner, Ghostwolf Tools, to work with the owner's own email accounts (Gmail and Outlook.com) through the Claude assistant. It isn't offered to the public, and nobody else signs in to it.
- What it can do: search and read messages, create drafts, and send a message, only when the owner asks, and only after the owner approves a send.
- What it stores: the sign-in tokens that Google and Microsoft issue, kept in the owner's own Cloudflare storage. It doesn't store the contents of email messages.
- What it shares: nothing. Message contents go only to the assistant the owner is talking to, as part of that conversation. They are not sold, used for advertising, or given to anyone else.
- Google data: the use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. This includes the Gmail permissions the tool asks for: read, compose and send.
- Stopping it: the owner can remove access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions (Google) or account.live.com/consent/Manage (Microsoft), or by deleting the stored tokens.
